| Additional costs | The customer's transportation and facility entrance fees are the customer's responsibility. The videographer's transportation within Tokyo is free; outside Tokyo, the customer covers it. If facility fees per person exceed 2,000 yen, the videographer's fee is also the customer's responsibility. |

| Service delivery | Filming is conducted on the agreed date. Edited video is delivered within 4–6 weeks after the shoot. |
| Cancellation & refund | Up to 23:59 JST, 7 days before the shoot: full refund / 3–6 days before: 50% refund / 2 days before to day-of: no refund. Rescheduling due to weather is free. Refund fees are the customer's responsibility. |
