What does the filming day look like? +
We'll meet you at the agreed time and place, chat briefly about the day's plan, and then start filming. The whole thing is relaxed and natural — just enjoy your trip as you normally would and we'll capture the moments beside you. The filming duration depends on the plan you choose.
Can I choose the filming location? +
Of course! You can pick any spot in Tokyo as the filming location. If you haven't decided, we're happy to suggest good spots based on your preferences and the season.
When will I receive the finished video? +
After the shoot, we'll finish editing within 4–6 weeks and deliver the final video via an online link. If you have a special timeline, please let us know when booking.
Do I need to prepare anything? +
No special prep needed! Come in your usual comfortable clothes. Feel free to bring small props (like your child's favourite toy) if you'd like. We want the footage to feel natural, so just relax and enjoy.
What happens if it rains? +
If it rains, you can cancel and we'll issue a refund. If you'd rather switch to an indoor itinerary, we can film that instead. Outdoor shooting with rain gear is also fine. We'll figure out the best option together.
