You can't record everything on a trip
But if you don't record anything—
Some moments never come back
Deliver this trip to your future selves
Book a SessionWhy we started Tokyo Family Records
On your Tokyo trip, you'll probably take lots of photos.
But once you're back home, you may notice—
- ― You have lots of photos, but the memories feel blurry
- ― Almost none of them have the whole family together
- ― The people who matter most are barely captured
We're a Japanese-Taiwanese couple based in Tokyo. One year, we filmed our 85-year-old grandfather's very first trip abroad.
We just walked, ate, and chatted together.
But when we watched the footage later, we realized—
these ordinary moments never come back.
That's why we started Tokyo Family Records.
How we shoot
Your trip stays as it is.
If your kids want to run, let them run.
If they want to laugh, let them laugh.
We're just there beside you,
recording those moments carefully.
Full support in Chinese — shoot with peace of mind
Is this service right for you?
If any of these apply to you,
this film will probably mean a lot.
First trip abroad with your parents
Looking back, you rarely have footage with them
Families with young children
Who they are right now will change so fast
Three-generation trips
Being able to travel together isn't a given
Couples or partner trips
Plenty of photos, but no "moving memories"
A moment you want to remember
You already know this trip is something special
If you're still on the fence
You might think "we'll film it next time."
But you already know—
We don't think you need to film every trip.
But if this one
matters to you—
It's worth keeping.

Recorded Memories
Asakusa — our 3-year-old's first kimono, a day for the three of us
Asakusa・2026-04
This family has come to Japan many times, but this was their first time wearing kimono in Asakusa. Together with their 3-year-old, the three of them walked through Asakusa for a few hours. Not Asakusa as a sightseeing spot — just a family of three in kimono, stopping to talk, laughing together, the 3-year-old's expression changing moment to moment. We kept that everyday-yet-special atmosphere exactly as it was.
A 10-year reunion — middle school soccer team, Ito boys trip
Ito (Shizuoka)・2026-01
Middle school soccer teammates meeting again after 10 years. Each took different paths in life, but they gathered in the same place once more. At a private vacation rental in Ito, Shizuoka, they shopped for groceries, grilled together, and just existed in the same space. No special agenda, but the laughter and familiar camaraderie made it feel like middle school again.
